About Dr. Elizabeth Kelley:
I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and have spent years working in research, healthcare, and clinical settings. While this training provided a strong scientific foundation, I found myself most drawn to the aspects of psychology that help people understand themselves more deeply, navigate life's challenges with greater ease, and create meaningful change. Today, I offer psychologically informed consulting and wellness services that blend evidence-based principles with approaches focused on nervous system regulation, personal growth, self-exploration, and life transitions.
Professional Background:
My work spans clinical psychology, neuropsychological research, healthcare, accessibility, and community service. Over the course of my career, I have worked in academic, healthcare, nonprofit, and research settings, with a focus on understanding human behavior, resilience, well-being, and meaningful change.

Beyond my work..
Outside of my professional work, I am endlessly curious about the world and the forces that shape human experience. I enjoy spending time in nature, connecting with animals, and exploring the questions that sit at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and science. I am particularly fascinated by mentalization, the formation of beliefs and meaning, and the ways in which we construct our understanding of ourselves and others. I am equally drawn to the vastness of astrophysics and the mysteries of the universe, finding inspiration in both the inner world of the mind and the larger cosmos beyond it. These interests continue to inform my work, my writing, and my approach to living a thoughtful and meaningful life.
If you're interested in working together, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
